This world has been imagined and planned with the same ambition and attention to detail that Sir Gilbert Scott brought to the original Power Station. It will be a place rooted in the public realm, where the architecture itself conspires to create chance meetings, favourite corners, treasured views and local pride.
The masterplan re-imagines the Power Station as a logical extension of the capital. It connects the riverside walk and Battersea Park with the green spaces of the Power Station. It delivers contemporary homes with shopping, workplaces, galleries, markets, restaurants and pedestrian streets and brings together everything a community needs to thrive, by night as much as by day.
